Please note; all price tags are the final fixed cost for each item purchased.
All items are listed in Canadian currency. The only additional cost will be if you require delivery. All purchases over $100.00 in the Toronto area will get delivered for free.
ATT: Please send us an email or call our business line if you want to pay by other means such as cash, Cert. Check or Money order. You can also talk to a Live Representative when available. Please include SCU number for the item oritems you want to purchase.
Once a purchase has been made and the buyer requests to have their order shipped, the cost will be calculated according to delivery destination. A payment request will be sent to the buyer via PayPal. Orders will not be shipped until shipping charges are paid in full.

Paypal is a safe and secure way to use your credit card online. Paypal offers the highest security features to protect you and your online purchases and transactions. When you open a Paypal account, you can add as many credit cards as you want or own. You can also include your bank account for fast and easy payments. Geminitech only accepts Paypal. Important information on international shipping:
When purchasing items for international shipping: please make note that all items are shipped the next business day once items are paid for in full. Full payment consists of item and shipping costs. As is with domestic orders, please include your shipping address when paying for your items. Shipping cost will be calculated and invoiced to you once we recieve your requested shipping address along with payment of your purchase.
If you require the purchased item to be shipped immediately via express post or next day, please notify us with your shipping request.
Once item is paid for and shipped, it is out of our hands as to how long it remains in transit. International shipping must go through customs and that alone could result in delay of delivery. It is not the our fault if delivery time is delayed. Request a tracking number along with the shipping date when paying for your item.
During Holiday season, such as Christmas, please purchase your items at a reasonable time frame so that you will receive your items on time. Request delivery to be made by express post or next day.
Returns, Refunds and warranties:
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. All items are insured and once a claim has been put through and paid out to us, you will receive a replacement of the damaged product. If possible, please check all items in front of driver. All damaged items are to be returned to us at your expense. The replacement item will be shipped back to you at our expense. A refund will be granted only if the item is no longer available.
